Yea i use 2 bridges because of looks and have not had any bad experiences with it. It is actually quite simple compared to the way people make it sound online. there is no need to sand the plastic if the case is new or generally untouched. all I used was a tack cloth to remove all particles from the surface. then i applied the spraypaint... waited about an hour then applied a second coat.. making sure to cover all aspects of the plastic.
The general setup of the plastic should be in a clean environment and preferably hanging with as little as possible touching the plastic. just take your time and make sure you seal off anything you dont want painted.
I decided not to go with a clear primer to start. The 2 coats of red did the job fine. The plastic takes days to reach the point that it will not chip or fall off... so please set aside plenty of time.
I used this paint http://www.rustoleum.com/cbgproduct.asp?pid=118
They also make a primer if you dont want to take any chances. up to you though. take your time and goodluck!!!
