If you're going Bulldozer this is a very neat setup. Bang for buck, a 2500K setup would be a lot better right now

Agree with going with a 2500k.
As for the PSU, I'd go with a Corsair, or a SeaSonic PSU.

800w is overkill, even if going Xfire.

Other than that, looks solid. Goodluck!

Everything is compatible, yes.

You should get a HAF X, it has the nice black interior as opposed to they grey drab of the HAF 932. Also, you could save money by:

A. Buying an X4 CPU such as a 955 (If you intend to buy a Bulldozer chip there's no point spending lots on a CPU now)

B. Getting a 6950 (Preferably MSI Twin Frozr) and overclocking it, which will make it match the performance of the 6970, especially if you unlock the shaders.

C. Swapping you PSU out for this. 750w will easily be enough to crossfire 6970's, it would even power 2x GTX570's.

Get a CPU cooler in case you do decide to OC, a good entry level cooler would be the Hyper 212+ by CoolerMaster.

Are you dead set on ati or amd cards?
I like nvidia better thats just me
and Yes if you plan to overclock a cpu cooler is a must!!!
Also like others said thermaltake psu is crap
go for corsair or seasonic and 850w might be to much but when is that a bad thing? Aint this overclock.net?
And if your gonna get a bulldozer chip id buy the cheapest dual core processor you can for now till bd comes out.
nvidia cards are always overpriced lol accept the gtx 5 series so anything besides that isn't worth buying...on the other side HD 6 series is hell cheaper...so yea ati is ruling the market in terms of reasonable price.
