Take the rear internal exhaust case fan off and install it there.

The radiator stays inside the case, and mounts to any 120mm fan mount inside the case, generally the rear exhaust

EDIT: beaten

Not really - at the rear position it does not obstruct anything, especially considering the waterblock and pump part is relatively small and low profile. Defo more convenient than mounting outside the case somewhere

you could mount outside. This however requires modding, and will not look clean/pretty IMO. You basically make a hole under(or anywhere as long as the tube can reach) the 120mm exhaust, you pass the block/pump in the hole and mount the rad outside.

I know this is not clear, wait for edit for images

Way easier method, which can actually look decent, cut the mesh out of the fan grill (which improves performance anyway) and then cut two slots down to the WC pass through holes. Cut the rubber grommets at the top and spread them outwards, then glue to the case.

Pass the block / pump through the place where the grill was then drop the tubes down the slots to the pass through holes. Pic on it's way...

Edit:

Quick and dirty pic:
