glad to be appreciated, thanks a lot ahh fair enough ive always thought that most of the high stock runs are just people lazy while submitting well im gone work on tightening my timings now since it seems im getting a bit of a hit and miss there... the ram worked fine at 9-10-9-24 1t at 2280mhz 4-5 days ago, now i cant run it at anything lower then 10-10-10-30 1t and im gone install tiny xp and tiny7 and see what difference does that make as well plus im gettin 4x gentle typhoons 5400 rpm's next week so i should be able to squeeze more out of the 580 as well im still a few points behind you buddy but im getting there

You can tell by the clocks. If it says stock & clocked 950/2200, probably is stock.
When it says stock but clocked at 1300/2500, lazy submission details.

Superpi likes highest frequency with the best timings you can manage, you would have to experiment to really find the best combination. Loosen the timings too much & it may do better with lower frequency & tighter timings, etc.
Wprime is about the one that doesn't really care too much about memory.

I think SB just likes higher speed. Have you tried pumping some volts to those ram. Surely they can do better than 9-11-9 2230. Running 2280 can be difficult. I ran 32m once at 2280 and didn't even save a screen shot. I figured that I could improve on it with some tweaks, but was never able to run it again.

I'd say the difference between 2230 and 2280 would be very small. You'd have to test out the difference and see which scores better. I'd say that around 2230 would be a lot easier to do since bclk is around 105 vs 107. Comparing anything on the 1866 and 2133 strap, I'd probably go with higher speed.

Once you get it dialed in, i'm sure you'll be sub 6min.

Almost forgot, when are you going to connect the SS to the lightning
