My Browsers keep closing out.

Alright so.. I've been having problems with my browsers... they've been just closing out without an error message, so i ran combofix to see maybe if it could fix it..

Well seems now after I downloaded someone's exe i was able to get back into steam but now my games aren't showing up installed?

Anyone care to shed some light on this, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to all that helped me regarding my problem with ComboFix, looks like a reboot fixed it and I can now launch my games through Steam..

I was wondering if you guys could also help me with my issue of my browsers closing out randomly.

I've ran numerous scans.. MSE.. MalwareBytes seeing all google searches say this is a virus/malware issue, but my system is clean.

I've also disabled hardware acceleration in the firefox settings, that worked for a good while, but now it seems like its happening again.

I've also noticed it in google chrome.

No error messages, nothing just closes out as if i were to do it myself.

It doesnt close out immediately once launching the browsers, takes maybe 30 mins tops..

Thanks again folks..

All your games are found in the install directory ....\\Steam\\steamapps . If there is nothing in these folders, then ComboFix must've deleted them.

Just looked through the folders, and I was able to launch Left 4 Dead 2.. so i mean the games are there, but Steam just doesn't see them..

You might want to try un\
e-installing steam, just move the steamapps folder before and put it back in the new installation - that's worked for me before.
