BF3 (PC) In-Game Server Browser - Page 2

That petition is useless. In my Alpha experience, the game loaded as quickly from Battlelog to server as it did from the in-game browser to server in Bad Company 2. No developer, especially not DICE, is stupid enough to implement something like this without making sure the change is effective and efficient. It can only get better from here. People complain about everything..
I honestly don't care really, if they say the alt-tabbing is effortless and quick, I find alt-tabbing far easier then hitting escape. But I believe Dice will listen to the pc community and give us what we want

Good innovation does not break things that are proven to work well, it either makes them better or leaves them alone.

The new method worked well in the alpha. That's what I don't get, I really didn't see a bunch of folks having problems with that in the alpha. I have a feeling the uproar is largely from folks who didn't experience alpha.

Now once beta hits and there are some new issues as a result then perhaps they should switch it.

I didn't try this in alpha, but couldn't you alt-tab find a new server, join the queue, and then continue playing until a spot opens up? That seems like a plus to me, if you can.

I just signed it because I do not want to have browsers open regardles if my system can handle it fine or not. Having browsers open I notice performance drop in a game since system resources are being used when not needed.

i want to be able to play singleplayer when i have a bad connection, or no connection.

it worked awesome for the alpha and I really liked it.

google chrome server browsing FTW!

Not surprising at all that some closed minded people wouldn't support "change", it's so scary and all.

and as far as online petitions go....
