Corsair AX1200

Crucial M4's
3x Alienware Optx aw2133 (120hz 3d ready monitors)
either the Noctua D-14 or the Corsair H100

i would skip the ax1200 made by flattonics (something like that) any way had it kill a ssd and a platter drive ax850 is a good one power my 480sli good @the time, i got a crosshair mobo here with ram 2 gb munchkin and e6300 (1.8?) to 2.8 ghz just sitting if you want to keep your rig up, no sound-card on it tho. got a 1950xtx in it for gpu. make offer.
