Ram upgrade?

Thread Starter
Currently I have 4gb of ram with my crossfire set-up,is this enough or would an upgrade get a bit more out of my dual cards.I read an article saying that anything over 4gb is wasted for gaming but a dual card set-up would benefit with more ram,if so what would you guys recommend that goes with my system, thanks.

If you're not seeing games max out your 4GB, it's not worth it.

Also had a question on this...
Ive got 4 GB 6400 DDR 2 Ram. Thinking about upgrading in Feb to an 8GB DDR3 set up.
I just saw this deal on Buy.com
I would replace 2 of the memory sticks (2x1gb) with 2 x 2 gbs for a total of 6 gb...
Actually I can just replace my 4 gbs with the crucial 4 gbs since the crucial runs at 800 MHz vs 400 MHz..
Of note, the Crucial RAM is running at 800mhz, while mine run at 400 MHz...
