overclocking q8300

hey all . about a week ago i bought a core to quad q8300 . with 8 gb ram kingston ddr 1333 2 sticks of 4 gb each ..
anyways i have some exp with overclocking before with celeron d from 3.2 to 4.6 on the same motherboard asrock g41c-s .

anyways when i went to bios to try to overclock it , when i increase the bus speed over the default which is 333 x6 (2ghz) or 333X7.5 (2.5ghz) it wont boot at all .
my motherboard supports 1333 cpu and ddr3 1333 by changing the fsb jumper and i did , this is my 1st problem , my 2nd problem is the memory speed . in bios i can choose what ram frequency to run i have ddr3 1000 not 1066 and ddr3 1333 . right now its set on auto running at ddr3 500 mhz with 6 6 6 15 timings and its stable .. whenever i try to choose 1333 it wont boot . since i dont have any vcore control in bios .. i tried increasing the nb volt to 1.30 and it didnt boot either ram at 1.6 and again it didnt boot .. can some1 help please . to be honest i have nothing left to do .. all i can think of is changing the motherboard and right now im not capable of doing so ..

Don't you have the FSB to Dram strap... You basically need to unlink your memory from your FSB... I think you may have missed this..

if u mean the divider dram:fsb , now its 2:3 .. i have tried something yestrday i changed the fsb jumper back to default .. in bios i had ddr 800 and ddr 1066 in ram frequency , and i couldve changed the bus speed up to 342 but i had a bsod in gaming so i changed everything back to normal applying the 1333 fsb jumper .. and i dont have anything in bios to let me change the dram:fsb divider ..

cpuz report file is attached

edit : even if i choose the ram frequency to auto which i think unlinks the ram with the bus speed , i cant increase it .
