When I insall Web browers they all go somewhere but idk where, is there any chance I can install them on my D drive in program Files?

Yes, just designate where you want the files placed when you are installing it.

Not sure what your question is. But my internet explorer appears to be sitting in C:/Program Files(X86)/Internet Explorer

Is your issue that you cannot access the icon to launch the browser? Or you are just curious where the executable and files associated with it reside?

EDIT: Assuming we are talking about windows 7

Ok well when I go to install google, I can't it gose to my C drive what my SSD I want it to go to my HDD

Why install on D? Is SSD your D drive?

More space for programs that would normally take ages to open when installed on HDD.

EDIT: On topic, can't you copy the folder over to the D drive and then change the shortcut so that it knows where the program is? that is what I normally do when I want a program on D and there is no option to change it from C.
