Gaming Laptop 800-1200 Help plz

I've been researching quite a lot at work and at home on laptops, if anyone can help me pinpoint a great deal on a sandybridge OR AMD A8 laptop at least 1080p with 17inch+ screen, and at minimum at 460 or HD6770m.
I found an HP Promo code but it doesn't work anymore, was 30% off all HP laptops $999 and above. looked at alienware but I can't justify a 1400+ pricetag for a 460m. anyways if you can help in any way that'd be awesome. Promo codes or coupons or whatever even recertified or something.
I basically need it for World of Tanks and EvE Online.

I own this laptop and I love it:

It meets all your needs except that it only has a gt555m. However, this gpu games quite well, even at 1080p.

For the games you want to play, this laptop is really your best bet. The slightly weaker gpu comes with the bonus of having Optimus, so you can get a solid 3.5 - 4 hours battery life. Also, the stock screen is gorgeous and it comes with a 3 year warranty by default.

And honestly, I was shocked at how well this games.

I play everything at 1080p and I have no issues. Batman AA, MAXED + Physx @ 1080p gets over 40 fps avg on the benchmark

Metro 2033 dx11 normal + tessellation @ 1080p gets ~18 fps on the benchmark. In-game fps are significantly higher, especially with no tessellation.

ASUS G53 for $1039. Never seen a deal this good before, and it's NOT open box or re-certified!

Oh and it has the 460m and a 2nd Gen i7.

ended up getting the best buy dv6-6135dx. it has the A8-3500m APU with an hd6750m gpu. plays 50+ fps once I figured out how to disable the stupid Crossfire'd 6755g2 it had locked on. and I believe its slightly future proof once the drivers for crossfire and games start accepting the technology it should be slightly better graphics performance with the Xfire setup.. in the future that is. anyways thanks for your suggestions, IF I end up taking this laptop back I'll probably get the 6770 or 6870/6970 gpu since AMD seems to be better bang for the buck, 560m is just not worth the price. and I'm not buying an alienware to get the 580m, not worth 3grand lol
