It is probably correct. CPU-Z doesn't provide the exact frequency.

DDR = Dual Data Rate, so 1000MHz clock = 2000MHz effective

Because it's double data rate memory.
Other programs do report it's speed as 2000MHz
Like Everest.

What CPUZ says, just take 931.3 x 2, and thats the speed/frequency that your memory is running.
