i5 2500k oc --2 setting

i have 2 setting
first one

1.355 vcore

LLC LEVEL 4

at 4.5 staple
------------------
the second one

vcore 1.375

LLC display

QPi 1.060
ppl 1.800

at 4.4 mhz

---------------

i can rise the volt it setting one to 1.4 and go to 4.6 staple

What do you advise me to 24/7

Firstly, the word you're looking for is "stable" not "staple" and I'm REALLY hoping you mean "GHz" not "MHz." Not to be nit-picky but clarity will help you in getting the most helpful responses.

1.4V is perfectly fine on an i5 for a 24/7 OC... you shouldn't need it to be that high to be stable though. Every one I've done (i5's or i7's) I was able to get 4.8GHz with 1.4 or less.

bad eng i now

but 1.4 vcore and LLC ON LEVEL 4 ? Is this the option that raising the voltage more than the vocre 1.4
