getting tapped air out the loop.

Thread Starter
hi

i was wondering if any of you could help me resolve an issue im facing. I have large amounts of air trapped at the top of loop, the amount trapped seems to be preventing the pump pushing the water through that bit of the loop. It is rather a large case, 1 Full ATX and 1 midi on top. So do not particularly want to be laying on its side or moving it too much.

Thank you for your time. Pic included below

The best way to force the air through the loop is to gently rock your case back and forth being careful not to damage anything. Or turning the case on its side or upside down but I understand why you really don't want to do that. Another technique I have successfully used is to 'flick' the tube with your finger, or gently squeeze and move the tube near the air pocket.
From your picture, is the entire tube below the GPU full of air? Also what is your loop order?
