So in regards to my "defective" Corsair 600T White

Thread Starter
I have not heard from CorsairGeorge or anyone on the Corsair forums if I can get a replacement of any kind for my new 600T white case last week that had these defects that I pointed out in this thread

http://www.overclock.net/computer-ca...k-corsair.html

Who and where do I need to call in order to get some incite in what my options are? Or is this acceptable quality to Corsair and i'm just RMAing this case back to newegg and plead not to have a restocking fee as I certainly consider this case "defective" and don't see why I should get the shaft in the end, one way or another.

I'd appreciate some type of answer, good bad or indifferent.

This question couldn't be asked in your original thread? I say have some patients and give Corsair the opportunity to respond to your inquiries. Your thread was created on a weekend which has allowed them one business day to respond and you have already jumped to the conclusion that you aren't going to receive any support.

That's just my $.02

your other original thread was locked by a mod. suggestions to complain directly to manufacturer or sending your case back rma should be gizazzled. its what i would do.

for a more positive answer, i suggest get in touch with newegg first and see if the fee can be waived. if nothing can be done, check with corsair. both have good customer service so just be patient and explain in detail your reason for return.

This. Newegg and Corsair take care of their customers.

So many grammatical errors in this thread...

To the OP: It's "with regard" not "in regards to."

To vrdubin: It's "patience" not "patients. "

I think this would be filed under ineffecient.

I think you're being too anal about it. Not even tire kickers like other tire kickers. It's not a Lian-Li. So when you buy a used car you expect everything to be 100%? Technically there's nothing wrong with it. It's molded plastic, you can't control it's efficiency. Cool down rate, is a hit or a miss. Believe me, I work in a molding factory in the winter.
