I think this would be filed under ineffecient.
I thought the internet grammar police died in 2003. I will have to edit my original post since Swype guessed wrong and I missed it. That one misspelled word really threw this thread off-kilter.

So to the OP,

There is nothing wrong with that case you are way to anal about things that are minor cosmetic issues at best. The case still functions like it is supposed to and is still one of the absolute best mid-tower cases out there. If those minor issues are enough to make you think that case is defective, then I can tell you that you will never be happy with any case as you will always find something wrong with them.

OP has a point - if he purchased a product he felt was premium and it had some issues he didn't care for, he's well within his rights to complain.

If you'd like to email me, hit me at redbeard@corsair.com and I'll get you in touch with our CSG department to either replace or refund your purchase.

After looking up your other thread, I noticed that some of the panel gap issues are significantly worse than we normally see, but to be honest, I couldn't see the specs of black paint in the photos, maybe they'd be more obvious in person, but I just can't tell.

Anyway, get in touch with me off the site and I'll take care of it.

I know it seems like a few days to you and you think we might be ignoring you, but keep in mind it's Monday night, we are all catching up on our emails and forums posts from over the weekend. So if you posted your thread at the end of last week and I didn't catch it before Friday night, I don't always get to see these things as they happen.

Either way, email me and I'll work something out for you.

red has a very good point. Even looking over the pictures again it seems like OP is just being super retentive for the sake of it. This isn't like a monitor with dead pixels. Everything works as intended and everything is as good as acceptable. There are bigger panel gaps in domestic cars but it'll still work for a decade at least. Engineering has tolerances and that case is not worth the trouble for Corsair.
