I'm not 'fanboy' on any side my any means. I played beta of BF:BC2 and thats it of Battlefield related games - I've put in 800 hours into COD4 (still do), and 500 hours into MW2.. I'm sane enough to see, that the development of the series is become lazy and I don't think its worth $60 every new game.

I also hang out on console forums too, if you ask most COD fans 'what makes the new MW3 worth looking forward to?' they never actually detail features or aspects of the game that would count as a valid answer.
Most console gamers are getting MW3 because its popular and because their friends are getting it. NOTHING to do with the actual game itself. I'm sorry but I think thats a stupid reason to buy a game, as it rewards the publishers and developers for being lazy.

The reason why I am excited for BF3, is because you can immediately see that there has been a lot of effort put into the game. Although graphics don't 'make' a game, you have to admire the quality of the new Frostbite 2 engine, you have to appreciate the amount of work that must have been put into it to make it perform and look as good as it does... and you have to wonder why COD is still using an engine that they've been using since COD2.
Very well said. I couldn't agree more. Most of my friends are console gamers, and every time I ask one of them why they're getting MW3, their answer is almost always "Because my friends are getting it."

I've played BC2 since about it came out and I still can't fly in it that well, I tend to absolutely blow at flying. Give me a ground based vehicle, a tank namely, and I'll successfully lead a charge or help break one

MW2 was a great game for lan, I mean you can just create a party with all your friends and matchup against people. In bfbc2 sometimes if you are 4 it can take around 20 mins just to get all 4 player to the same side.

I mean, IM A BIG BF fan I pre-ordered bf3 back in febuary. But party play was the big fun for me in MW2.

For all the competitive player well u had mw1 and cod2.

MW3 Will not be a flop but I bet they won't beat mw2 sales.

I used to love the COD games. Black OPS was fun and all but I felt like I just spend $60 on a re-skinned MW2, which looks like is exactly what I paid for. That shows me that care absolutely nothing about making any kind of development in the gaming world other than to milk everyone of their money. I will not support that company any longer as they have gone blind with greed.

BC:2 has better graphics , better guns, and better vehicles and a price tag of (hard copy) $30 (Digital copy) $20. We got 3 new maps for FREE, and a Vietnam DLC with new guns, maps, and vehicles for the price of $15 (I paid $5).

Black OPS is running an old engine with new guns, textures, sounds(?), and maps. There is nothing spectacular about the game what so ever. You have retarded vehicles that you can only acquire if you get a kill streak, no destruction of anything, plywood will stop an RPG. . . . they are STILL trying to sell the game for (PC Hard Copy) $50 and (Digital Copy) for $60, *** really? They have new map pack they will sell you for $15 for like 3 maps. . .
