GT's AP-15 Better Combo With GTX360 Then RX360

I was wondering wouldn’t the Gentle Typhoon AP-15 fans be more good with the black ice GTX360 then the XSPC RX360 radiator? The reason why I say this is there speed is 1850rpm and the rx360 is better on low speed fans and if you do have these fans you would have to run them on the low speed
with a fan controller to get a good performance so what’s the point in that? But people seem to think this is the best combo while I would say they would be better running at between 1500rpm to 1850rpm with a fan controller on the GTX360 then running between 1000rpm to 1500rpm on the RX360.

The RX radiators don't LOSE performance with higher RPM fans, they just shine really well with low RPM fans which allow you to run a quieter system.

If you run GT's at 1850 on an RX360 it won't be WORSE than running GT's at 1000-1500, it would be better. I like the RX radiators, it allows me to run my fans quieter when I need them to be without sacrificing serious cooling performance.
