212+, TT Frio, H2O 620?? (for i7 2600k)

Thread Starter
Hello, I'm looking for a cooler for my 2600k, here where I live (Uruguay), there aren't many options, the best ones are:

CM 212+ for US$ 37, I would buy another fan for US$12, so it would be US$ 49 in total.

or

Antec H2O 620 for US$ 78

or

Thermaltake Frio for US$90

I want good performance but with the less possible noise, I don't care about load noise, the problem is idle noise.

Thanks in advance.

I'd get the Antec 620 if that's the case. You could always get some PWM Fans to adjust the speed of your fans or manually set the fan speeds on BIOS.
