2600k @ 4,545mhz is this a good overclock?

-55deg Celsius (load in its mouth)
-33deg Celsius (idle)

BCLK Frequency: 103.0
CPU Voltage: 1.220
DDR Voltage: 1.500000
CPU PLL Voltage: 1.8

BTW...I used the ASUS TurboV EVO utility cuz I havent learned BIOS.

Is it safe to run at this (the max) speed (it says it idle's at 1648mhz) or should I not overclock it so hard?

Can anyone point me to a good asus P67 overclocking guide.

SHIIITTT IM LOST IN THE DARK HERE PEOPLE.

PLZ.
If that 1.220vcore is stable then that's an awesome chip IMHO.

Much better than the average chip, you might even get 5ghz under 1.35v, which would be EPIC. Is that load voltage though? If not, you need to look up your actual voltage from CPU-Z while running a stress test.

I heard that you shouldnt mess with the BCLK on SB chips... makes them very unstable...

This. Your temps are great and idles @1.6ghz is fine. You could probably push your OC more but you should have very good performance at the moment and at that temp I wouldn't bother pushing it too much further if not necessary.

Get some proper test tools like Prime or OCCT & then see how stable she is @1.22 voltage. If not she must be a golden chip & could easily push to 5ghz I should expect, unless hit some kind of wall? Think your find shes not quite stable..

I can push mine to 5 but run it at 4.5 @ 1.34v for 24/7 not great but better than my old chip & rock solid stable

Looks pretty good but I would suggest leaving bclk at 100 and just use the multi to oc. If your stable at that voltage, put bclk to 100 multi to 48 at 1.35v and see how that works.

4.5 on 1.220 is awesome, I can't get 4.3 on 1.25.

If that was mine, I'd leave it there (unless you can get it higher without more voltage) and keep it for a 24/7 OC.
That's one hell of a chip you got there. I would run a couple hours of Prime95 to validate the stability of your overclock (12+ hours is recommended).

Hay dude, oh please don't use the turbo evo to overclock your S.B. One thing it does is leave voltage on auto. When I used it to see how far I can push my chip, I set turbo evo on extreme testing, and it came back with your chip is stable at 5.1ghz @ 1.46volts. I thought great, but them I got a warning that the voltage had jumped to 1.54volts!!
Use the manual voltage settings & with water cooling I recommend a setting of about 5-5.1ghz @ 1.46volts. Give that a try, you wont fry!!
