2600k @ 4,545mhz good or no? - Page 3

Thanks for all of the advice. I am going to try and go into the bios and use that to overclock instead. I am going to try for 1.35v and try to get 5.0ghz but I dont know if I am going to leave it at 5 permanently. How much impact will it have on the life expectancy of the chip?

Ill keep you posted on what I find.

your overclock is pretty good feast, but unless its stable for 12hrs on p95, the low voltage doesnt really mean too much. I can get my 2500k to boot at low voltages, but getting it stable requires alot more voltages.
