Budget also where are you purchasing from?
I like most of your list but i dont know if a GTX550 will offer you the GPU power you will need.

Obviously battlefield 3 isnt out yet so we dont know how the GTX550 would do but i heard rumours along the lines of...if you can run BFBC2 then you can run Battlefield 3.

If thats true then i dont think you will be maxing it by a long shot with a GTX550,unless your running in an unusually low resolution.
Perhaps you should take a look at the GTX560Ti as i hear its pretty good for the money and will deliver more power closer to what your likely to need.

Liquid cooling?
Are you going to do massive OC's?
From Newegg I'm guessing?

This is some crazy deja vu, I could have sworn I saw someone calling "battlefield 3" "b 3" not too long ago, and I remember posting a comment about it being commonly abbreviated to "bf3", not "b 3", but it isn't in my post history. O.O

Back on topic; everything looks good but the 550 Ti and the roswell PSU. I would be EXTREMELY surprised if it(550Ti) can max out BF3 on any decently sized resolution.

As far as the PSU goes, Roswell isn't a brand that generally screams "I AM A QUALITY PSU, BUY ME!"

I would stay away from the rosewill psu as well.

Go with a seasonic, or a company that rebrands, Antec, Corsair, xfx, etc.

Make sure to do your research, or just ask me, to make sure the one you end up picking is a good one.

They're hard to find now, but there's not much point to buying a 550 Ti over a 460 768MB. Also not much point in buying a 550 Ti over a 5770, but those are disappearing as well.

An HD 6850 can be had at ~$160, which is ~$30 more than the 550 Ti but I think the performance increase is certainly justifiable. Not sure either of those cards will max BF3 at 1080p though. You're probably looking at a 560 Ti or 6950 to max BF3, but the game hasn't been bench marked yet so it's hard to tell.

Also, a 700w PSU is overkill for your computer. Unless you're planning on adding another card, I'd definitely suggest picking up a quality PSU at a lower wattage... 550w would probably do you well. Plus, Rosewill isn't exactly the best PSU brand.

Here are some excellent power supply resources:
