the Class rating of an SD card is all about minimum guaranteed write speed, to be able to record 720p or 1080p at all (ie even just a few minutes) or say shoot high speed 12MP photos, you need a minimum write speed
you don't need a fast SD card if you're just snapping a ton of individual photos or storing a ton of music/video
Just to note, that's why I've pointed out the waaaaaaaaay under achievementing-ness of this review. A class 10 card that barely gets over 5MB/s? I'd be asking for a refund.
I dunno if Wishmaker doesn't know or is trying to say something else entirely, but especially for anyone using A2SD+ or Data2EXT with their Android phone, a Class 10 card means better I/O and therefore a speedier ROM.
It also means a higher guaranteed write speed for things like HD videos, high resolution photos, as well as access to the card itself when dumping music on it. Class 10, copying 4GB or a class 2 copying 4GB? I know which I'd rather wait for!
