Sig Rig Power Issues

Okay this is wierd, I dont know much about the boot sequencing and such. Here is my problem:

My sig rig shut itself off while playing starcraft2, not taxing on the cpu at all, or the graphics. Cooling is great, never goes above 60. The CPU is undervolted, 0.984vcore at x33 multi.

It never shut itself off, but sometimes it wouldnt stay on for longer than a split second. It stopped doing that for a while so I though nothing of it. But then it shut off and now it wont turn back on. Could this be a PSU problem? Ive got a Thermaltake 600W, currently hooked up are a Blu-Ray Reader and 7200rpm HDD. The mobo, cpu power and the gtx 470. no fans hooked up to it at all. Just the few on my mobo tray. No overclocking either...

Is this the Mobo or the PSU?
