I currently have a HIS ATI 5670 1 GB DDR5 DX11...

Runs most of my stuff fine, Starcraft 2, BF2, etc. But i'm looking to upgrade. I was looking along the lines of the GTX 560 Maxium Graphics Edition The Crysis 2 pack or whatever. ANyone have this or know if its good? Any other suggsetions I have a coupon for microcenter plus the rebate will bring the price down to like 180ish-200. Can't beat that deal. But regardless, any suggsetions for my price range of 150-250ish... give or take

For up to $250, your best bet would be an EVGA GTX 560 Ti(EVGA also made the Crysis 2 Maximum Graphics Edition but as far as I'm concerned, it's been discontinued b/c it was just a special promotional item); might be an exception for microcenter. Anyways, it's shown to beat out a 6950 in almost all benchmarks(Stock speeds) for less. It's a upper mid-high range card, and it's definitely a big bank for your buck. I max out everything, and get a consistent 90+FPS, but I turn V-Sync on all games now a days for the sake of not having to worry about image tearing in fast-paced games. Um, use MSI Afterburner(EVGA Precision doesn't let you control your voltage D, and clock it up to my speeds at 1.1mV, and you're good to go. Completely stable. No artifacts, no crashes, etc.. Oh, and um, just buy their standard FPB one. Pointless to buy a SC or SOC one unless overclocking is not your thing. Hope I helped.

Yeah no problem. . I hope you enjoy using it as much I do right now. It's a great card that'll leave some money-room for the 600 series cards once they come out next year.

I'm torn right not between what to do with my money. My GPU can play what i have now, fine so i might just keep this one... for sometime. Because I game professionally on Xbox and need to get a new headset, which is 250 bucks lol same price as this. Plus all the new games coming on xbox are rediculus, I wanna get em. Idk what I wanna do yet

+1 on 560 ti suggestion

If you can squeeze another 50 bucks or so, get the 570 if you're playing on 1080 resolution. The added tesselation, cuda cores and heavy up clock processing power will play a major role in hard hitting DX 11 titles.
