There are a few more details on Bulldozer, but they don't really paint a pretty picture. For example here's how Turbo is supposed to be working:
...which in light threaded workloads is exactly the same as Thuban. It's three years since Nehalem w/ Turbo gen1 launched, AMD should do better than that in 2011
