Need help with Samsung f4 HD115ui

just bought this from new egg
i thought i can just plug it in and play
the new firmware says its only for 32 bit os
i am running on 64 bit
that might not be the only problem
i went into the system setup and its listed there
i went into device manager and its listed there also
but it does not pop up in the Computer Hard Drive screen ,
i need some serious help

you need to format the drive before you can actually use it. Right click My Computer>manage>select your drive and format.

Type "Disk Management" into your start menu. Fire that up.

If necessary Initialize the drive. (to MBR for < 2.2TB, and to GUID/GPT for over 2.2TB)

Then create a new Simple Volume. Default options are fine. Doing a full format is probably best before using the drive - it checks the disk surface for errors.

the mother board reads it , but when log into os , device manager sees it but wont show up
