Hmm the place im getting it only seems to stock only the 4gb version

ill we be gaming for about 0-8 hours a day and the rest will be browsing web with a gazzilion tabs and lots of programs will be in the background

Ok, here are my 2 choices, and for your purposes, I'd recommend my bottom/2nd choice.

Yes, they are nice, but if I were to go with the low voltage, I would get the ECO series, next to that, those 1.5v Ripjaws X are very nice, and have great timings!

Now if you wanted some killer ram, I'd suggest getting 2 of this set! They will well out perform the others!
