Okay, full process is this. You go to the motherboards' manufacturer page and download the specific linux distro needed. You then install it via your OS or Bios, (it varies) then you enable the feature in the Bios. After that, you press the button named after the feature during POST, and you enter the Linux distro. From there you can use the internet and not much else.
