I would go with the M4 from Crucial if it were me. With the new 0009 firmware, the 120gb hits about 500r/200w seq.
That being said, being as that's not what you asked... The kingston just came out recently, but I haven't heard any red flags about them. Being as the main problems have to do with the Sandforce controller, they will both be about the same probably. Go with whichever you think is a more reputable company. Of the two, I'd go with Kingston personally.
