Board won't fully POST unless you have two 233Mhz (which should do 333Mhz, remember, you have to OC this board with the jumpers)PII's in there. (Unless it posted with the Celeron or PIII, then in that case it's a server board which was worth a few hundred in it's day) SODIMM memory? I love you but, good luck finding that. Unless you already did. I suggest digging for an ISA/PCI SCSI controller. Then the BIOS won't cry like a baby. Resetting the BIOS is easy, pop out that BIOS chip and pop it back in XD
What you have there sir is the very first computer I ever owned
As far as GPU goes, if my memory is as good as I hope, it won't work with more than 8MB's of VRAM. (Again I'm probably wrong, haven't touched hardware this old in a few years.)
Green PCB with black chip is SB, the adaptec I think is for the dial-up (If it has it, if not, it's the ISA controller)
Also don't forget this, cause I always do. You gotta have your master/slave jumpers set on the drives. (I'm just saying man, I haven't remembered those in a good while)
Scratch all that, do you have the jumper enabled for the 2nd CPU?
