Ram to pair with ASUS SABERTOOTH P67 and 2500k

I'm planning on upgrading after a spur of the moment selling of all the guts in my system. I like the look of the Sabertooth and probably don't need/will overclock but I might as well get the 2500k just in case. I'm aiming to be future resist with this build. Also want to buy brand new for once. Usually I buy used and I always seem to run into some weird quirk with used stuff.

So I was wonder what would be the best ram to pair with the two. I have a few requirements though

1: Must be compatible with a Noctua C14 with both fans.
2: I would like it to match my theme Black, Brown, Tan (Noctua FTW) If that isn't possible all black including the PCB. I am willing to cave on the color for quality. I don't have a window, just got OCD. Though I may not cave on black PCB.
3: Would like to be at least 1600 with decent timings. and SB ready.
4: Preferable 8gb (2x4gb) kit.
5: Best warranty possible.

I was looking at these kits: Ripjaws X CAS 9 and Ripjaws X CAS 8. Anyone have experience with these kits on this board? Or anyone with this board have recommendations?

I don't believe those will work with my cooler with both fans on it.

I have a sabertooth p67 and 2600k and I have these:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231416

They run at the exact voltage and timings and actually run a bit faster. They make cas7 sticks too. They are all black with a tiny bit of red on the sticker and are pretty low profile if that's what you are concerned with.

I also have not received dead sticks from gskill and I've bought a few sticks from them.

Whats the difference between the low voltage LP Vengeance and the normal ones? 1.35V vs 1.5V

I'd stay away from the Corsairs for now, since they've been exposed in using sub par IC's in even some of there mid range sets!

The best on the market right now are the G.Skill ECO series.
8GB (2 x 4GB)

8-8-8-24 DDR3-1600 @ 1.35v

Plus they're what you want, life time warranty, low profile, and black.

low voltage memory gives you more headroom to overclock them, if your into that?
