IMHO i think this is all a publicity stunt by Apple, I mean come on if they are soooo keen on suing for patent infringement Do you really think they would just let employees if not a tester walk out of their building with a prototype much less having the same incident happen again just as it did a few weeks when they were about to release the IP4. I think this is just Apple's hype machine at work prepping for the release in Oct.

Considering all other events in the Apple universe recently, it wouldn't be surprising at all if they had their own team of stormtroopers, ready to track down anyone suspected of what they'd consider arbitration, which is pretty much anything, anymore. LoL, is this a new trend for Apple employees to lose their latest and greatest tech at bars?

I think this highlights one of my main problems with America's rapid adaptation of touchscreen phones, they're too damn big! You can't sit comfortably without taking it out of your jean pocket or back pocket. Jacket pocket you say? Who wears a jacket while eating at a restaurant just to keep their phone close by them?

Here's an idea, bring flip phones back with touch screen technology. Like the Sharp 007SH and 936SH. I wish I could unlock these phones and use them here in the US. I miss flip phones.
