The last person I saw fit a reference 6950 (10.5" card) had to cut a hole through the plastic of the front panel to get it to fit. Unless you're talking about the SG-07 and I missed it, a 580 or 69xx card won't fit without taking a dremel to the case.

I'll try them back on Monday.

From what I've seen in the beastly thread. 570/580 will fit if you cut the metal part but things like the 6950/6970 have to have the front, plastic bezel cut as well.

The reference 6950/70 are actually 10.75 inches. The 580 and 570 are 10.5. Still, that really makes this case less appealing that it needs a mod for a 580.

Anyways, at OP the 560Ti is only 9.5" so it's all good.

I use the 450w version of the case and the Asus DCII 560ti fits fine, even with the H60's radiator. Absolutely no hassle. Though the radiator blocks the HDD/DVD mount

I still say go for the SC'd version of EVGA's 570 HD

only 9 inches... leaves plenty of room, and it's more than you'll probably "need"

I've recently learned that for higher res. gaming 2gb ram is a good idea. Otherwise I'd seriously consider that card.

it's been out of stock at the egg, but it's on at tigerDirect for 400-20usd

EVGA GTX 570 HD - 2.5 GB
- still only nine inches

That may very well be the nicest GPU that fits in a sg05. Power is a concern though with only a 450w PSU.

I also don't know if I can justify the coin @ ~$390 shipped. Maybe I should have titled the thread "Best...<$300?"
