Hello i am trying to make a lower Power computer for my projector. I will be watching movies and tv On this computer and I was wondering what Would be the best Graphics card for it. Sorry for all the Choices

Of those cards the 9800GT is probably the most powerful, and since it's the low power model, it should work for your build. I'm not sure what it's power consumption is compared to the other ones.

520 for extreme low power consumption, 5550 for balance between some performance and sub-50W power consumption

Nope. 9800GT only supports PureVideo 2 while the current technology is PureVideo 5.

This is a HTPC card so the requirements are different. Decoding engine, image quality, noise/cooling, and power consumption are important.

I think the 520 is even limited for full video decoding. I don't have a link but look at a review first. I think it was anands.

depending on how much you want to spend, the 6570 is my choice
