I'm running it overnight to check for how it cycles. I think it should handle what I have in mind...a single CPU for now. I have a feeling it will work at least as well as the BT on there now.

I've found that even a hot blooded PC will run for quite a while with the pump turned off. Everything has safety shut off built in when it get's hot it throttles then shuts down. SO test away.

Hi CD In large counter flow heat exchangers, they use stuff like this but I think you might get quits a good performance improvement from using any coarse fill. Even marbles or rocks will prolly work.
