help to make a block for peltier..

Hi,
I want to make a block for a peltier 62mm 400w..
I have 4 cooper plate's 62mmX62mmX0.5mm and some water blocks but from aluminium i want to cool with that my cpu but the aluminium blocks its problem because all lop is with cooper..
I need some one who can make me a plan for cut for make a block from a cooper..
if some one can help me thanks you very much.
sorry for my bad english.

It's doable. You will need a mill to make water channels and o-ring channels, and the right drill size and tap to make the barb thread.
What cpu are you trying to cool and what's your target temperature? An overclocked LGA1366 won't be easy to handle.

You may want to look at Mindchill's 62mm tec waterblock and controller.

ok but I need a plan where to cut and how with some program..
i need to cut it with laser from a store for that..
i want to cool with that a 2600k.. its enough for it.

It's a bad idea. Google "Galvanic corrosion". If you have mechanical resources, it's not hard to make a copper water block. You need to design the oring and water channel properly though.
