Razer sent me BROKEN hardware. (w/ pics)

After going through my THIRD RMA proccess with razer, i received my mouse today. Says refurb on the box. The mouse has several scratches on it. The USB cable is CRACKED, and most importiantly, the Charger cable is MISSING A PIN. Is there a Razer rep on these forums? the service i have been getting from them is HORRIBLE. I expected better considering how much this mouse costs.

Here are the pics. I JUST opened the box 5 minutes ago. You can see scratches all over the damn thing.

I'm going to email them again... i really hope they can send me a replacement.

UPDATE
Sent them an Email, no response.
Called them. All they did was open an RMA case for me. Now i wait...

I stick to logitech when it comes to quality keyboard/mouse.
Razer always had that squeeshy feel to me.

and there customer service is top notch. called in cause my g5 quit on me they sent me a g500 free of charge and did not want the g5 back...

Well i was planning on selling the RMA i got back... i'm done with razer. But they can't even send me a working mouse. What the hell, razer?

logitech is amazing. i was planning on replacing the mamba with a g500 or g700.

I hope I'll get such kind of service when I'll need an RMA.

After all, they might sell their stuff for let's say $60 but in fact it doesn't cost much to produce.

Probably a few $, the rest is research and development.
