Finally got around to sending my mice in after I finally got my RMAs, because I spent about as much time as Razer did getting me my RMAs. Got the email notification ~60 minutes ago for the Mamba, getting a refurbished mouse, and still haven't received a notification for my Death Adder.
I honestly can't believe Razer Support; My mouse breaks after 3 weeks of use, and I held off sending it in for a replacement for as long as I could ( while the damn thing worked good enough ) because somehow I knew I would just get an even more broke piece of *poop* in return ( INSTEAD OF YOU ACTUALLY SENDING ME A PRODUCT WORTH $130 USD YOU *POOP*BAGS ).
If you couldn't tell, I'm not exactly happy.. but then again I at least now know all I was really buying was a $127 jewel case and $2 folded construction paper.
Thank you Razer for the squeeky, falling apart, broken buttons, snapped battery tab, pile of plastic you call a gaming mouse.. and now the other broke *poop* you're sending me from someone else!
