To be honest, their quality has been going downhill in recent times. I had a Deathadder and what a s#@! mouse it was. It didn't live long.

I agree with everyone here on Logitech!

Besides my two Harmony remotes (510, 700) and the Harmony PS3 Adapter, I have a G9x. When I opened it, one of the grip's side buttons did not work right so I emailed them. After two days, I checked and saw my email was marked as spam and I was like . I emailed them again and because of the spam thing, they rushed my new grips out (they gave me one extra) and gave me a 35% off discount code (which I haven't used yet.)

The grips work great! Yay Logitech!

Called razer. they gave me the usual BS. Unacceptable.. blah blah blah... all he did was open an RMA for me. so they send me broken **** after three RMAs and this is all they do for me. great. now i STILL have to go through there horrid RMA service again.

I love my razer Arctosa and Abyssus!

dont think i could have wished for anything better tbh... true true they could have backlit my keys so i can actually see the damn letters, but who looks at thier jeys anyway?

And my Arctosa was a Return at Best buy so was well cheap

Don't think you've tried hard enough. If this happened to me, I would ask for a manager or call again to get another representative. Make sure to stress repeatedly that you are very angry.

here is what you do, leave negative reviews on amazon/Tigerdirect and newegg...that will get there attention.
