Doing Friberg's aim training exercise and settings, I consistently hit ~80/100

Ive been using it too. I always have an hour warmup before a session.

I try to get a nice warmup in, definitely not an hour though. I generally just DM for one map and then do this a couple times and go play. I find if I DM too much I play stupid in pugs so the aim training map helps me just focus on my aim.

Changed mine a bit since last post. Now 35cm/360 with a new mouse - the DA 2013. Playing CS and BF4 with that sens, though it feels WAAAAY too fast for CS at long range. The heads are too small if I'm CT and he's head glitching on B/mid boxes... Thinking of going down to 45cm.

~9.5in / 360 or 24cm / 360

Tried my best to play with a low sense but I cannot aim as well, ironically.

Depends all on the player, some CS players like f0rest, GTR, Hiko or s1mple have nerves of steel and can play high sens without a problem. Some people like dupreeh or KRiMZ can play really low sensitivity. I used to have 0.625 @ 900 DPI, but I went back to 1.1 sens, then finetuned it down to 1 sens. I always found to like it really low but in clutch situations or when you get flanked it's just too inconvenient.

BTP:

Razer DA 2013 @ 900 DPI + 1 sensitivity
Steelseries QcK+
46.2 cm / 360

I don't think you've read thoroughly enough. I used to have and love 0.625 sens with 900 DPI, however it was a pain when you had to check lots of angles or when somebody is straight behind you. So I switched to 1.1, found that too fast and then settled with 1 sens.
