HAF 932, Rubber grommets where to purchase? - Page 2

For the larger holes, did you just cut the ends of the grommets and fit them out?

How did you get them for free btw?
Anyways, either way my purchase won't be a waste of money. biggrin.gif

For the 2 larger holes it was a slow process of meticulously getting two grommets and placing them into the hole and figuring out where in the middle of each to cut while keeping the inner rubber cuts/slots symmetrical. You'll see and figure this out when you get them unless you can figure out another way.biggrin.gif

I called and wanted to get them and was looking to pay for them, however the person I spoke to in "x" dept., said they had some loose spares and that they would send them to me "on the house" drum.gif - this was around in Q4 2010. Since then it went from them not having any more spares to send people to then now only being available by warranty or straight purchase as far as I know.

IF you have a HAF 932, you could buy the HAF X rubber grommets and install them with no issues on the HAF 932. I think they are $2 per piece.

Except I was one of the last ones (that I know) to get them for free.

Mind you the one for the PSU cables won't be as closed up b/c of the opening being wider.

i have it on my CM 690 II too, yeah that's Corsair 600T's grommets

sorry for bringing up a old thread but was anyone ever able to fill the bottom slot of the 932? The X has a bottom psu cover and the slot to route cables is oval while the 932 is a rectangle. any cases with rectangle grommets that could possibly fit the bill?
