I want buy a L shaped desk or nice straight piece.

I can't really find anything for a good price. I would prefer a place that is B&M so I don't have to deal with shipping, and I can return it if I don't like it at all.

I missed out on the Staple Z-Line sale

Thanks. Also I live in Louisville, Kentucky so no IKEA for me.

Honestly I think the best would be to drive to West Chester, OH to go to ikea. But if you are willing to do that I would just buy a zline from staples

Edit:
Well this doesn't look too bad seeing as it is from walmart, I am assuming that you can return to store if you don't like.
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Florence-L...-Desk/10752183
And it is a store pickup + free to ship to store.

Same with these
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sauder-Aki...inish/15600215
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Santorini-...-Desk/12528411

I would try to get to an ikea, and if you don't want to drive to hours two Cincinnati I would go and buy a z line from staples.

I know you said you don't want to deal with an online purchase but just incase
http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden...1/product.html

Edit 2: Actually for that walmart thing, it is free to ship to my local walmart So it may not be free! Sorry!

What about making one? The easy way would be yo go to homedepot or lows. And get a plain solid door and make a set of legs for it.

Yea I'm no good at stuff like that. It would be a last resort sort of thing.

I found something on craigslist that might work. I'll see how it goes.

Yeah, with 4 Ikea (or whatever) table legs you can turn pretty much anything into a desk and it isn't hard at all, the legs just screw on.

I'll look into it if the craigslist thing doesn't work out for me at all.
