im not crazy about closed loop systems. they are nice for the general build but I would rather build a system myself. Also the shuttle does not have a standard mounting hole pattern which is why I have to make my own bracket for the AC block..

BTW if anyone knows what mining is, can you fill me in? Ive seen this term thrown around in the forums saying that if they mine enough this month they'll purchase a graphics card... What is it and how does it work?
just google "bit coin mining", sort of explains it all.
Shhh!

So here is a small update. I still have not received the power supply but I did get a chance to spend some time today to draw up the flanges I need in SketchUp... Here is what I came up with..

Basicly I have two water blocks and they both share the same flanges. All I need to do now is find a place that can laser or water cut some flanges for me.. This way ill be able to mount the water block to the processor.

Here is an additional image that will give you an idea of the dimensions. I emailed a few laser cutting companies in the area and hope to get a quote for how much it will cost me to get these parts cut.

Here are two pics of the water blocks mounted. These brackets that I found are close but are a bit tight. Also I dont want all the extra metal on the flanges, I'm kind of a neat freak.. Anyways im trying to contact some local laser cutting locations to get a quote on how much it will cost to cut those flanges..
