My email to videocardshop:

Hi there. I need to return a graphics card I bought on the 23rd of May.
The graphics card is faulty. It's an XFX 5850. I have included a couple of photos of what used to happen to the computer, and now it won't even boot my computer up at all. I've tried it in another computer, and it does the same thing. I've also tried another graphics card in my computer, and it runs perfectly fine. So obviously the gpu is faulty. The card has never been overclocked and is kept in a large case, with 6 fans running at full speed. And the gpu fan was set to 100%.
The order number is 1****. The part number for the GPU is HD-585X-ZNFA.
It was sent to:

I read in the returns policy that if an item is faulty, I get a full refund which I'd like. Thank you. Please respond asap, as I'm without a computer.

I'll let everyone know how this goes, because I know XFX doesn't do returns. It has to be done through the reseller.
I had issues with it since I got it, I thought they were driver issues at first, and they went away for a while. Now they're back.
*sighs*
