that second pic with the full lines, i got that yesterday on my comp restarted and same thing, disconected power from monitor and pc for 10 seconds and all was ok, hope mine aint going down the pan

They don't have a 560Ti, and I've read in other places that a guy went through with the same thing I am, the returns process and everything went great, but both the cards he was given were faulty. I don't want to take that risk at all. I hope you understand. I don't have that kind of time to waste.

Got a reply, apparently I'm not entitled to a full refund because I've had it for 3 months. It's only when you receive it and it's faulty, you get a full refund. Disappointed, but I have found a new 5850 on their site and I'm going with that. It's only an extra £30, (my card was £99.99 + delivery.)

Hopefully this works out, however if this card is faulty I'll be extremely disappointed and will want a full refund.

I think you misunderstood. It's cause the NEW 5850 is up for sale on their site for 129.99 and my card was 99.99 so it's an extra £30.

Okay. I paid them on Monday, since I was waiting for funds to transfer. Got the graphics card today at 2PM, very happy with the delivery and customer support. Graphics card seems okay for now, installing the drivers as we speak. I'll report back in a few days.
