I had it running with a EK block for nearly 2 months without issue and sold with blocks attached. Apparently it never worked at all for him so he put the stock cooler on to try in another machine..

Could say a "leaking loop" in his rig cause such a fault?

Looks like an 8pin ic of some description but without a closeup with a magnifying glass I couldnt say but if its blown water is a possibility of the reason its blown
