Are you using Eyefinity? I'm not at home right now, but what if you either change the primary monitor in Eyefinity settings, or change the primary monitor in the Windows screen resolution options.
Also, Dual-LAN is broken on Windows 8, basically if you remove the DNS info from one of your connections (I have two separate networks each with different cable modems) you lose all your internet, even if one of the networks still has full DNS info intact.
I left a question on the Microsoft Support forum at the link below since that is the only way I can find to report bugs for the Consumer Preview.
