6-9-6 1900+ is not that good at all, plus those low voltage kits don't scale very well (i think those might be EOL.. maybe used hyper mnh-e cause kingston lovo used them and had similar rated timing and voltge.. both low voltage kits)
currently best ram that isn't eol (i think gskill still makin them) are 8-9-8 ripjaws. (are bbse) can do 6-8-6 2000+ with minimal voltage increase.. and 6-9-6 2200+mhz when benching
you can make them work using 1866 divider and increase blck as high (if stable) as you can and tighten timings.. unless they are very good sticks.. they will freeze if you use 2133 divider

the set of GSkill ECO's I had were BBSE and the later ones were PSC.
at 1.6 mine could do 2133 8-10-7-27 linx and prime stable, never really tested much after that and have since sold them, but they were a real nice kit.
the 8-9-8 ripjaws are one of the nicer kits still available but they are still hard to find even nowadays.
