Review of Steelseries Sensei - Page 4

If the Sensei software repeats it, then it's as bad as Xai. If it's the Windows that is repeating it, like normal keypush usually, then it's good : ) I guess that can be tested fast through keyboard repeat rate settings.

How would the software repeat it when you have it saved on the mouse with the software uninstalled?

can you take some photos with spawn side by side?
Which do you prefer among the two?
Are the clicks tactile like rat 7?

If I read your question right, I can confirm that key/button press behavior has been changed. I.E. if you assign A to a mouse button and press that button - it sends "A press" when you press it and "A release" when you release it. This allows the binding of modifiers like shift, ALT, CTRL etc.

I can't frown.gif

I prefer the sensei as it performs the same on all settings, while the spawn performs best on 1800dpi /250hz and is more buggy on some of the other settings

I didn't bother test the rat 7 mice as it have the twineye sensor so I wouldn't know if the clicks are like the rat 7. However I would say the tactile feedback is medium

could you set the sensitivity for each axis separately?
or only for both together?

No, but software based sensitivity changing like in razer mice is not accurate.

In the steelseries software you can change the cpi but not sensitivity. Changing the cpi on different axis is not really possible so unfortunately you can't.
